REFUND POLICY

This refund policy applies to all coaching services offered by The Fit Teacher, hereafter referred to as "the Coach" or "we."

Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellation within 7 Days: You may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase if you are dissatisfied with our services.

  • Service Not Rendered: If the Coach fails to provide the agreed-upon coaching services, you are eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Refund requests made after the initial 7-day period from the date of purchase will not be honored.

  • A prorated refund will not be provided if you have partially used the coaching services.

How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact us with your order details and reason for your refund request. We will review your request within 3 business days.

  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Policy Changes

  • The Coach reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
